Misc: ***Garbage containers provided but tenants must pay garbage pickup for the lease period in advance of occupancy.
Utilities: Tenants are responsible for the cost of oil heat, electric, and garbage pickup. If tenant wishes to have cable, phone, and internet they can do so at their own cost but it is required per the lease.
