Family Room: LARGE ROOM!! Sofa, love seat, soft chairs, coffee table, end table, lamps, internet/cable ready, hardwood floors.
1 & 1/2 Bath: Lower level has 1/2 bath, upper bath full bath w/ tub/shower.
Tenants must supply own bath mat and shower curtain for bathroom.
Misc: Garbage containers provided but tenants must pay for garbage pickup for the lease period in advance of occupancy.
Utilities: Tenant(s) are responsible for the cost of oil heat, electric, and garbage pickup. If tenant wishes to have cable,phone and internet they can do so at their own cost but it is not required per the lease
