Family Room: TV and all furnishings

1 Bath: Tenants must bring shower curtain and bath mat. 


Misc: Garbage containers with covers provided.

Utilities: Tenant(s) are responsible for the cost of oil heat, electric, and satalite/cable television, phone and internet.
Parental Guarantor Required for each tenant.
